Jeetbat Terms & Conditions — Plain language, full transparency

To open an account at jeetbat, you must be 18 years of age or older. This is not an optional condition — it is one of jeetbat's strictest rules. Any account opened by someone under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

What You Need to Register

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your National ID)
• An active mobile number — a Bangladeshi number is required
• A valid email address (optional but recommended)
• A strong password

A jeetbat account is strictly for personal use. Operating an account on behalf of someone else or any third party is strictly prohibited.

Placing a bet on jeetbat forms a binding agreement between you and jeetbat. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed, so please verify all details before submitting.

Special Rules for Live Betting

Odds move fast during live matches. If the odds change after you submit a bet, jeetbat will display the updated odds for your confirmation — your bet is only finalised once you agree. This protects you from unexpected odds shifts.

• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, jeetbat reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, your stake will be refunded.
• If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, it will be removed and the remaining selections will stand.
• A cash-out offer may no longer be available if not accepted promptly.

Fraud & Dishonest Activity

If any bet linked to match-fixing or any form of manipulation is detected at jeetbat, that bet will be voided and the account will be permanently closed. No appeals will be accepted in such cases.

Jeetbat does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own fees in accordance with their own policies — jeetbat makes no deductions on its end.

Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn before being wagered at least once. This ensures a minimum of one betting activity between a deposit and a withdrawal.

Jeetbat has the simplest bonus system in Bangladesh — and we take pride in that. Even so, each bonus comes with specific terms, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being cancelled.

General Bonus Usage Rules

• Multiple welcome bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Bonus balance cannot be directly transferred to another account.
• Bonus validity is typically 7–30 days — the expiry period is shown alongside each bonus.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Activating a new bonus while another is still active may result in the existing bonus being cancelled.

Referral Bonus

Refer a friend to jeetbat and earn a ৳500 referral bonus after their first deposit. A 1x wagering requirement applies, and the bonus is valid for 14 days. Referrals from the same household or the same device will not qualify for the bonus.

Jeetbat reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time. However, if the terms of an active bonus change, existing users will be notified in advance.

Jeetbat places the highest priority on user security. Industry-standard SSL encryption is used, and all transactions are stored on secured servers.

When Is KYC Verification Required

Steps you can take to protect your account

• Betting Limits: Set a daily limit on how much you want to bet.
• Cooldown Period: Temporarily pause your account for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to temporarily or permanently close your account.

If jeetbat identifies suspicious behaviour or unusual betting patterns, we may reach out proactively and, if necessary, place a temporary restriction on the account. This is not a punishment — it is an effort to provide support.

Jeetbat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For any significant changes, registered members will be notified in advance by email or push notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

Grounds for Account Termination

• Registering with Incorrect or False Information
• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Bonus Abuse or Manipulation
• Money laundering or unlawful financial activity
• Threatening or Cyberbullying Other Users

Jeetbat's decision is final in all disputes, though support will always attempt to resolve issues first. In the event of a dispute, jeetbat's server logs shall serve as the definitive record.
